NEW POSITION NOV 19
We have a new position for a general fabricator. The successful applicant must be able to read drawings with little or no help experience in using guillotines, press brakes and automated punches.
Also welding in mig and tig would be an advantage. The applicant should be a keen craftsman or woman to join our friendly team members.
It would be an advantage to have worked at a conveyor manufacturer in the past.
JUNIORS ALSO CONSIDERED
C-Trak is looking for a junior apprentice that has an interest in engineering with genuine eagerness to work showing enthusiasm to learn a trade.
The apprentice will gain knowledge & skills using press break, guillotine, welding and general engineering machinery aiding the fabrication of our conveyors.
You will be offered part time college to gain NVQ Diplomas in Fabrication and Welding Engineering cover essential fabrication and welding engineering skills like safety, engineering communications and teamwork, as well as specialist technical knowledge and skills.

A new position is open for an experienced conveyor designer with previous experience within a conveyor company essential.
Your key role will be to design conveyor systems, from the initial concept through to production, so it is imperative you have produced designs and detailed drawings and related documentation in the past 3 years within this sector.
You will be proficient with AutoCad and be able to show you have designed Conveyor and Product Handling Systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need: -
Working knowledge of Auto Cad System this is essential.
Have proven experience of working procedures within the sheet metal work industry.
Familiarity of the food industry working in stainless steel fabrication is advantageous but not essential.
Candidates will be working as part of a team and will need good communication skills and be able to design from basic concepts through to full autocad drawings ready for production on the shop floor.
Candidates should only apply for this position if they have previously worked in the Conveyor Industry.
