AL5KG Light Slimline Aluminium Conveyor
Sleek in appearance for light weigh products up to 5kg in weight, the maximum length supplied is 3000mm. It comes with 38mm dia terminal rollers so it is suited to small products to be transferred from one process to another
The slim line design gives flexibility where space is limited. The drive is a shaft mounted geared motor and the belt is fully guided with the TrueTrack belt guidance system.

AL10KG Light to Medium Aluminium Conveyors
This is conveyor is light / medium weight belt conveyor fabricated in light but strong alumiium extrusions. Driven by a 80mm dia motorised drum roller with a 80mm diameter terminal roller it has a product loading of 10Kg per metre.
The drive and terminal rollers are fitted into modular carriages which are easily removed for maintenance and fully adjustable. The belt is fully guided with the TrueTrack belt guidance system
AL25KG Medium Duty Aluminium Conveyors
This is our medium duty belt and can be used for various handling solutions when more strength is need. Manufactured from extruded aluminium ‘C’ profile with folded modular electro plated steel skid beds it gives a good combination of strength and versatility.
This aluminium conveyor is driven by a 113mm diameter motorised drum roller with a 113mm diameter terminal roller and has a product loading of 25kg per metre.
The drive and terminal rollers are fitted into modular carriages which are fully adjustable and easily removable for maintenance. The belt is fully guided with the TrueTrack belt guidance system.
